We were one of the first patients here on opening day, and it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Ojala and staff were friendly, welcoming, and explained everything up front. There was no pressure to complete additional services other than what we were there for. Most importantly, our dogs were treated well and were clearly loved. Our only complaint would be the lack of parking available, along with cramped quarters inside the office. We are grateful to have a vet closer to home who treats us like family.
We took our two new kittens here for their vaccines and wellness check, and it was a great experience. The office is clean, well-organized, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Dr. Ojala was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and didn’t make me feel rushed. We’ve already scheduled our kittens’ spay and neuter appointments with Ojala Family Pet Care and are so happy to find a vet who treats our fur babies like their own!
Dr. Ojala and his team were fantastic from the moment we walked in the door! They were all knowledgeable and took care of my doggy like it was one of their own. I cannot recommend Ojala Family Pet Care enough! If you need a vet, this is the place to go!!
Visited earlier today and was greeted by the amazing staff, got taken in quick and easy. Dr. Ojala was very professional and caring for my girl Luna. Would 11/10 highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing vet, my girl Luna was in very good hands with their care.
